Wendi Allen (formally Howard Delman) worked on some of the greatest arcade hits, including on Lunar Lander, Asteroids, Battlezone, and Hydro Thunder. Wendi joined Atari (Coin-op) as a game engineer in the Campbell, CA Division Street location in July 1976 and initially reported to Lyle Rains. Wendi developed the vector generator display system used in Lunar Lander and Asteroids. After leaving Atari in October 1981, Wendi would go on to do work for many other companies, including Midway Games, Sente, and Videa.
