Have been here many times and it's the best Arcade in the Northern/Western burbs! Amazing game selection with classics and rare favorites that collectors wish they owned. Games are organized thoughtfully and the space is laid out for hanging out with friends and gaming! Also great music playing.

The food and service are great! The game room is trivial.

Too many broken games smashed into an awkward space that makes it too crowded and uncomfortable to play, even if the games worked, had the right controllers and weren't crappy games. The crabby dude behind the counter isn't helpful and allegedly owns a thousand other games but never puts good ones in here. I've gone 3 times over the years and gave up because it's never gotten better.

Have been several times and the game collection is unmatched anywhere globally. However, the space is too small and games rows are too close together and too long, so it's so hard to get to a game you want to play and then you're trapped in the row when you're done. Also, many of the games have wrong controllers or aren't working and they're understaffed and don't keep up. That all said, they have so so so so many games that you just have to move on and play something else that is rare and special and I recommend everyone go see it in their lifetimes.

Best in the world!!!!! They no longer have the title for Most Games, and sadly they've removed maybe 100 games in the last 10 years, but the place is still The Best! The space is massive and has candlepin and 10pin bowling. There's crap for little kids and food and drinks. But most important are the amazing games, rare games, tributes to games, displays about game history, posters, signs and 70s/80s music in the game rooms. I like to plan a 4 day trip and go almost all day every day and then finally feel like I've had my fill for a while.
