The Game Preserve - Woodlands Spring, Texas, United States 4/5 Had a membership for a few years until I moved to Austin. I really miss this place.

The Brewtique Cedar Park, Texas, United States 4/5 Interesting to see this here. My rating is more about the beer, if I'm being honest.

Eagle, Idaho, United States 5/5 Easily my favorite place anywhere. Grinkfest was always awesome. Still upsets me when I think about it closing. Date logged was my last of many visits.
Gizmo's Arcade & Eatery Astoria, Oregon, United States 3/5
Ground Kontrol Classic Arcade Portland, Oregon, United States 3/5 Most of the classics were blocked off while we were there :(
The Big Apple Arcade Las Vegas, Nevada, United States 3/5
Pinball Hall of Fame Las Vegas, Nevada, United States 4/5 Some great pins you won't see anywhere else, just cross your fingers they're working while you're there.
The 1UP Arcade Bar (Lodo) Denver, Colorado, United States 3/5 Decent modern games and a row of pins. Most of the classic games were multiboards and/or had LCDs installed, and sever weren't working. Recent photos I've seen look like things may have improved.
Family Arcade LA Los Angeles, California, United States 4/5
Tilt Studio Katy Katy, Texas, United States 3/5 Not the Tilt of yesteryear, more like a mini D&B at this point

FunPlex Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 Fame City was always a blast as a kid. I haven't heard great things about Funplex, but as a kid in the 80s, this place was amazing.
University of Houston Student Centers Games Room Houston, Texas, United States 3/5 I haven't been since I was in college but it was a good little place with a decent selection of games at the time
Tornado Terry's Keller, Texas, United States It counts if I showed up with hulahomer to buy a game from him right?
Eighty Two LA Los Angeles, California, United States 4/5 Came for the Supercade 2.0 release party, stayed for the games

Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 My main arcade go-to as a kid since I grew up just down the road. Pretty typical putt putt golf and other rides, but at one time the game selection was pretty amazing.
Exhilarama

Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 I had several birthday parties here growing up. While the rides and laser tag were arguably the main attractions, there was a pretty good selection of mostly [then] modern arcades and of course redemption games.

Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 My rating is a bit skewed mainly because this was the primary small arcade I spent my time in as a kid. I recall the SFII hype and witnessed the sudden learning of specials moves there. Later, I fell in love with T-Mek at this location, which would go on to be one of my grails.

Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 My home away from home in the 80s and early 90s. I believe this was the first place I played Donkey Kong and Mario Bros and, much later, TMNT.

Houston, Texas, United States 4/5 The original location was nice little place that I was lucky to visit once before they moved.

Quasars Arcade Corpus Christi, Texas, United States 3/5 Pretty nice place overall. Solid selection of pins, lots of rail shooters, and a fair selection of classic arcades. Payment is similar to D&B: load up a card and swipe at each game. Exact prices are somewhat masked in this way but tend to range from about 0.60 to 2.00 or so per game.
RETRO Corpus Christi, Texas, United States 2/5 The pin selection is decent though several were either down or needed minor maintenance while I was there. Most 'classic' arcades were actually multi games with LCDs in repro cabinets. Many arcades had no audio or partially non-working controls. All told, there's very little to justify the $15 admission fee and nothing truly "retro" about this place. The bar seemed decent, it might be an okay hang out place. I didn't try the food.
