Sega offered two types of cabinets for IVirtua Fighter 3I an unusual looking pinballmachine sized cabinet with a 33inch monitor and a large 50inch projection screen megalo unit. The marquee is greenishblue and features the characters of the game. Both cabinets offer playing instructions on or near the control panel.
The Model 3 board set can be JAMMAtized. They are difficult to find outside of Japan, but retailers in Japan offer JAMMA kits for them.
