Controlling a spacecraft in 8 directions, you must fight against all sorts of bugs in a labyrinth of mushrooms. Getting too close to the side of the screen may cause the Scorpion to jump out and attack. Spiders drop down and add more mushrooms. The main foe is the "Caterpillar" as the game calls it. A beetle jolts around the bottom of the screen. All of this makes for a very chaotic game upon reaching higher levels.
The game is much like playing Centipede in a Galaxian-type environment. Interestingly enough, if you move, the shot moves as well.
