A one-on-one fighting game which progresses through various stages set in a city. Players choose from four different characters from the start of the game, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Win two out of three matches to win the round and go on to the next stage.

Choosing either Bad Blue, B Smith, Lick Joe, or Lee Chen, players fight against the computer, or each other in two-player mode. The stages allow the fighters to move left and right as well as up and down. Some stages have items you can use against the opppenent, such as boxes and crates.
Punching and Kicking your opponent lower his health from 100 to 0 and you win a round. Win two out of three rounds and you win the match and go on to the next stage. Complete a couple of stages and make your way to a bonus round where you fight against a tiger! Pressing Punch and Jump at the same time allows you to perform either a special punch or kick move, depending upon the character chosen.
