Although the controls are rifle-based, the game itself is a simple poker game, played against three computer opponents.
In between certain levels however, one can enter into brief "shoot-and-draw" shootouts with the other players.
This title is more of a poker game than a regular shooter. The gun is used to make moves and decisions when playing a game with a card shark called Tex (or Doc in some versions), a lady called Dolly and a cowboy called Rawhide.
Between card games there is a showdown where you must shoot all three characters in order to play another round. If one of the characters shoots you, the game will end, otherwise, the next card game will have new rules and increased difficulty.
