Game Introduction

Basically, this is a modified Sega Megadrive for arcade use. The motherboard can host up to eight cartridges such as Sonic The Hedgehog or Tetris. The Mega Tech system is the original version of what became the Mega Play system. However, the Mega Tech and Mega Play cartridges are not interchangeable.

Game Play

This system is similar in function to the Nintendo PlayChoice or the Neo Geo MVS.

Cabinet Information

The dedicated cabinet uses two monitors. The upper 10-inch monitor shows game information, the lower 20-inch monitor is used to display the game as normal.
