The game is a hack of Mr. Do!, but the title screen shows the same Mr. Do! logo and Universal copyright (1981). You play an old Chinese man who fight clowns, but at the bottom of the screen where it shows your remaining lives, they are clowns! The apples in the original game have been replaced with Mahjong tiles.
