Game Play

Turn the right-hand optical trackball to adjust the target sight and by press the fire button to destroy the enemy and score points. Once the fire button has been pushed, the sight mark stays at the same position even when the target sight has been moved; the missile will reach the position to destroy the enemy ship. When all the enemy ships have been destroyed, the game proceeds to the next round. Another life is awarded at 10,000 points (or 30,00 points if DIP switch three is in the "on" position).

After four rounds have been completed, an extra game is awarded as a bonus. During the extra game, the ground surface disappears and meteorites and enemy ships will attack your position. Destroy them by launching your missiles. If you manage to stay alive in the extra game, you are awarded another fighter. The farther the meteorites and the enemy ships are away from your fighter, the more points will be scored when destroying any of them (from 300 to 1000).

When the extra game is over, the game returns to the starting mode. You score no points at all for destroying the No.1 enemy ship, but you score 20 points for destroying the No.2 enemy ship, 30 points for the No.3 enemy ship, 40 points for the No.4 enemy ship and 50 points for the No.5 enemy ship. Destroying the mother ship will award you 300 points and ten extra missiles. You can also destroy the bombs dropped by the mother ship to score five points each. You are also awarded bonus points fore each round, five points for every unused missile and 100 points times the number of rounds for each of your unused fighters.

The enemy mother ship does not drop a bomb at the ordinary first round alone.

The enemy ship runs away off a cloud appearing when your missile has exploded. The enemy ship runs away quickly in order of No.5, No.4 and No.3; No.1 and No.2 will not run away at any round of the game.

The larger the number of rounds, the larger the number of enemy ships. But since the number of missiles of the friend by force does not increase, it is necessary to destroy multiple enemy ships by one missile.

The pattern of the surface of Earth changes by every four rounds. There are eight patterns of the Earth's surface, and there are four kinds of the fighter ships for the friendly force.

Since the number of missiles of the friendly force by each round is 60, when all of the missiles are launched, it is impossible to make attacks on the enemy. On the 4th, 8th...round, 100 missiles are mad available for the friendly force. If the missiles of the friendly force still remain on those rounds, the remaining number of the friendly force's missiles are carried forward to the following extra game.
