Description

Two street fighters must battle their way past hordes of attacking enemies in their pursuit to defeat the evil Dragon Ninja and rescue President Ronald Reagan. Players must defeat end-of-level bosses, one of which is Karnov himself!

Game Introduction

President Ronnie has been kidnapped by the Ninjas. Are you a bad enough dude to rescue Ronnie?

Game Play

Stay on the ground or jump up a level. If you pushed up on the joystick the head on the character would look up so you can tell wether you wanted to jump or jump up to the platform above.

The Bosses at the end of each level include Karnov who blows fire at you, and a small character with long metal rods coming out his hands who appears when the truck stopped. There was a 'power punch' you could do to inflict more damage to your enemy. Hold the punch button down to build it up then release it when desired.

Technical

Uses Data East's HFT System hardware. The system consists of a DE-0295 or DE-0297 Main CPU PCB and a DE-0293 or DE-0299 Game Program PCB. The main CPU PCB utilizes a Motorola 68000 32-bit microprocessor to control the game functions and a 65C02A microprocessor to control the Yamaha sound generator circuit. The Game Program PCB contains all game specific program devices and a OKI voice generator circuit.
