One of the characters walks off one of the platforms and falls. You move the see-saw to make him land on the free end, catapulting his partner up into the balloons. You burst the balloons by hitting them from below or above. The trick is to get the man bouncing around among the balloons before falling back to earth and hopefully you repeated the process by catapulting the other man back into the fray.
