I recently acquired one of these Victor Card Vending machines. It's a wooden box that is 16x 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. It says Victor in red going down the front with a metal dispenser on the bottom that I assume dispensed baseball cards. Inside there is a magnetic block that must have sat on top of the cards. It appears from the markings on the side it was mounted to something else.
