This is a strength testing game - they had one at the Penny Arcade in Milford, CT in the fifties. The object is to hit the punching bag as hard as one can -the game then registers the strength of the hit. I remember teenagers standing in line competing on this type of game. As a young boy at the time, I remember this game used to gather quite a crowd of "big kids" from time to time.
