Tall wooden coin-op from England. Insert a penny and get two balls. Plunger operation. 41 1/2" tall by 15" wide. Serious of pachinko-like baffle posts plus three ball-catcher cups -- one stationary at the top, the other two operated in tandem by sliding a metal rod from side to side. Mine has a cardboard notice attached that indicates it was patented around 1909, challenged in court in 1911, and ruled legal in 1913. Mine dates to 1914. Locks at top and bottom (never opened it -- has coins inside).
