Trivia

A working Discotek game unit appears in the 1977 movie "LASERBLAST". Seconds after the Discotek game is shown on screen, the lead character Kim Milford destroys it with, you guessed it, a laser blast. The machine explodes into zillions of tiny slow-motion fragments.
