The Winnie the Pooh rifle game was designed by Sam McKim and others for Disneyland's Bear Country Arcade in the mid-1970s when Imagineers had free time after the completion and grand opening of Walt Disney World in Orlando in 1971. These game projects typically started with regular commercial games, which were rethemed with custom cabinets, custom play fields, custom art, and custom circuit boards (strengthened with industrial quality relays for heavy usage). Each game was unique.
