Once the joystick has been moved, you will have 15 seconds to position the crane. Once the crane is in the desired position, press the button on the joystick to lower it or wait until time runs out and it will lower on its own. If time runs out while you are trying to get the crane in place, the crane will stop and lower where ever it was when time ran out.
