The remaining balls falling down into the vacated spots, and will also score points if four or more balls of the same color connect. Bonuses are awarded for these combos. The game ends if the balls fill up to the top and there is no more room for new balls.

The game has many modes of play: Single, Puzzle, Vs. Computer and Vs. Player. In Puzzle mode there is continuous, changing backgrounds and additional colors. In the Vs. modes, the spheres only appear in the four basic colors.
