The game has an image projection system that uses a 16mm film showing an outlaw gunslinger appearing in an alley and the player has to draw his or her gun and shoot that outlaw before the outlaw draws his gun and shoots.
After the game begins, instructions appear on the screen which are read by a projected voice: After the eyes flash, shoot.
Replace your pistol and prepare to draw.If the player does not draw fast enough, the projector will show scenes of the villian drawing and firing his gun, followed by the game saying "You Lost." However, if the player successfully shoots the gunman, scenes of the villian falling down will be shown and the game will say "You Won."

Was later re-designed with cartoon graphics, though the name and basic concept remained the same. This is an earlier version of the arcade game that Marty McFly plays in Back to the Future 2 and I think 3. The redesigned version was eventually released for the Nintendo Entertainment System for use with the Zapper.
